Lottie Da products are professionally handmade from start to finish in Columbus, Ohio. We are proud to say every piece is created one at a time, custom made just for you! Our production process is truly a group effort and each member of our small Lottie Da family plays a special role.
When you choose our company to create your dream nursery, you are getting the skills of a professional designer.
Owner/ Designer Amy Routh had over 10 years of design experience before leaving the corporate world to start her own business. As a clothing designer for a national brand, she worked closely with textile designers to create beautiful collections and then traveled abroad to source the best materials to use in production.
Beautiful printed textiles are a passion for Amy, and that’s often where the bedding design process begins at Lottie Da. Amy spends months meticulously searching for the perfect prints and best quality fabric to use in each design. Her design inspiration comes from many places. Ideas and color palettes can develop from a single artistic image, for example: editorial fashion photography, styled vintage home decor, botanical floral art prints and even wedding bouquets.
In addition to being well-made, Lottie Da Baby products are also well-designed. A perfect balance of color and unexpected combination of pattern put together in just the right way. We believe this makes our bedding stand out from our competitors.
SALES, SERVICE, SUPPORT
Once we receive your order inquiry, you are placed into the caring, capable hands of Stephanie, our Customer Service / Sales Manager. She will answer any questions you have and guide you through the order process. This includes helping with custom design requests, setting up payment plans , mailing free swatch samples and much much more.
On top of handling all customer relations, Steph manages our production calendar and processes the details of every order. It is her job to make sure your bedding is made just how you want and shipped on time, all while keeping you updated throughout the process.
Based on the details of your order, we select the best quality materials available and prepare your items for production. Fabrics for each piece are cut by hand in our workroom and then passed off to a professional seamstress to be sewn.
We have put great effort into building a team of reliable, highly skilled seamstresses. This group of talented ladies includes mothers and grandmothers with decades of professional sewing experience. They all enjoy the flexibility of working from home and supplementing their income while doing something they love! We just know you won’t be disappointed with their superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
After the sewing is completed, Adam our Quality Control/Shipping Manager will closely examine each item before packaging. It is his job to make sure every stitch is secure and every thread is clipped. We care about the quality of our products and guarantee that each piece will arrive in top condition and last as long as needed and beyond.
